1. RETURN OF GOODS
We take care of your rights, including the right to return the purchased goods. According to Art. 27 of the Consumer Rights Act, as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the order . Remember that if you return a product that you have used excessively, going beyond the activities necessary to check the characteristics of this product and its properties, any resulting defects, traces and damage will result in charging you with the amount by which the value of the goods has finally decreased. .
In addition to the equivalent of the price of the goods, we are obliged to refund the cost of delivery of the ordered goods to the consumer - up to the amount corresponding to the cheapest shipping option available in the offer . If the customer chooses a more expensive means of transport, he will not receive a refund of the difference between the value of the selected delivery and the cheapest method of transport. It should also be noted that if part of the order is returned, the delivery cost will not be refunded .

The consumer may use the statutory model withdrawal form (Annex 2 to the Act on consumer rights), but it is not obligatory, and you can withdraw from the contract in any form by sending us an unambiguous statement:

2. EXCHANGE OF GOODS
We care about our customers, so when you buy products on superparts.pl, you get more than the Act on Consumer Rights provides:
- 30 days - time to replace the product with another one;
- B2B - enabling the exchange of products for companies / entrepreneurs ;
- exchange of goods without giving any reason ;
- Keep the original packaging of the product in very good condition - it should not have traces of dirt and tear marks. Do not cover the package with adhesive tape,
- Returned goods should not be assembled. Any signs that the product has been installed disqualify its replacement,
- Send the returned product with the original packaging in a properly secured outer box.
It should be noted that:
- the above conditions do not in any way interfere with the possibility of statutory return of goods by the consumer,
- to exchange the goods for another, an e-mail notification and returning the goods before the deadline is enough,
- as part of the exchange, the only delivery cost you incur is related to the delivery of the replaced goods to you - we cover the return costs up to the amount not higher than the value of the cheapest delivery available on superparts.pl. If part of the order is returned, the cost of delivery will not be refunded .
- in the event that the goods to be replaced turn out to be used, damaged or without the original packaging - you have the right to withdraw from the replacement of the goods and instead exercise the right to withdraw from the contract (return the goods), while maintaining the statutory responsibility for reducing its value.
